The three battles that will be key in Man City vs Liverpool FC

Manchester City vs Liverpool has become one of the best Premier League battles.

While the two sides have become embroiled in a big rivalry, the managers are also part of the battle, with Pep Guardiola and Jurgen Klopp two of the greatest managers in the Premier League era. They face off for the first time this season at the Etihad on November 25.

The two sides use similar tactics, with confident build-up play and precise passing both key aspects of their game. Guardiola and Klopp also like to see defenders stepping into midfield, with John Stones and Trent Alexander-Arnold playing the role for their clubs.
