I simulated Man City vs RB Leipzig to predict Champions League clash

Manchester City have already secured their spot in the Champions League knockout stages, but they can guarantee top spot with a point against RB Leipzig on Tuesday night.

A 1-1 draw with Liverpool in City's last outing saw Pep Guardiola's side drop out of first place in the Premier League, with the second consecutive stalemate allowing Arsenal to overtop City into top spot. A huge clash against Tottenham awaits City in the league on the weekend, but attention now turns to the Champions League.

City have won every game in the Champions League so far this season, and a point against RB Leipzig will secure first place in the group, with the German side also having already secured their spot in the knockout stages. The reverse fixture saw City win 3-1 in Germany, with Phil Foden, Julian Alvarez and Jeremy Doku all getting on the scoresheet.
