Fuming Andy Halliday has slapped down Fabio Silva after his celebration following his goal for Rangers against Kilmarnock.

And the former Ibrox midfielder reckons that it is telling that the Wolves loanee didn't immediately rush back to collect the ball to restart the game - having only levelled the game at 1-1 in a clash that was must-win for the Light Blues to keep their hopes of lifting the Scottish Premiership title alive. "I think it's needless and it was an equaliser as well - your first thought should be to get the ball back to the spot and get a second. I know it was very close to half-time, but that reaction was really poor. I think as footballers we have our critics, but at times we are our own biggest critics. I don't think Fabio Silva can feel himself that he has done enough over the last few games, so to have a dig at the fans is really poor."
