The Scottish Premiership fixtures season 2022/23 in full

There's a new Scottish Premiership season on the horizon and yet again it promises to be a classic.

Last term saw Celtic reclaim the league crown ahead of champions Rangers after a spectacular surge in the latter half of the campaign.

And they will begin their title defence at home to Aberdeen in a mouth-watering opening to the new term.

Their Ibrox rivals also face a tricky test as they kick off away at Livingston.

Hearts will host Ross County on day one while Kilmarnock mark their return to the top-flight at home to Dundee United.

A first derby between Celtic and Rangers is set for September 3, although that is subject to change once TV schedules are finalised.

That momentous fixture will follow the first Edinburgh derby of the season on August 6.
