The 15 clubs from Europe's top five leagues with the most league titles since 2000

Bayern Munich clinched their 10th Bundesliga title in a row yesterday, again reaffirming their dominance in Germany.

Which got us thinking…

It always seems so straight forward for the Bavarian club.

Football fans often refer to the Ligue 1 in France as the ultimate ‘farmers league.’ However, when you look at the monopoly Bayern have enjoyed over the Bundesliga, it begs the question as to whether we’re placing our focus on the wrong nation.

Or maybe, Bayern are simply that good.

Either way, we decided to dive into the record books to analyse which clubs across Europe’s top five leagues have won the most league titles since 2000.

That way we can see who the real big shots are domestically and decide which leagues are the least competitive overall.

For clarification, Europe’s top five leagues consist of: Premier League, Bundesliga, La Liga, Serie A and Ligue 1.
