Tesco shoppers have just hours to spend Clubcard vouchers

Tesco shoppers have been warned that there are only some hours left to use up their old Clubcard vouchers.

These vouchers are only issued every three months - in February, May, August, and November - and are valid for two years. For vouchers issued in August 2020, the deadline to make use of them is rapidly approaching.

Shoppers have until August 31 to spend their vouchers before they expire. It's not just Tesco stores where Clubcard vouchers can be used, they can also be spent online and are a handy tool to help decrease your grocery and fuel bills, the Mirror reports.

It's incredibly easy to check if you have any leftover vouchers by heading onto the Tesco Clubcard website with your account details. It's also important to make use of any other Clubcard vouchers as soon as possible following Tesco's announcement last week stating that the value of the vouchers will soon fall when purchasing its delivery plans.

Currently, customers get three times the value of their Clubcard vouchers when buying delivery plans from Tesco, however, this will change from November 14. After this, the vouchers will only be worth their face value.

Customers of the supermarket giant are able to redeem Tesco Clubcard points via the Delivery Saver Code scheme where, for every 50p in Clubcard vouchers, shoppers can redeem £1.50 in reward partner codes to help curb the cost of any delivery plan.

For the most expensive plan - an annual payment of £83.33 - shoppers would only have to use £28 worth of their Clubcard vouchers. But Tesco announced it will make changes to the Delivery Saver Code scheme. In an email sent out
