Tattu Restaurants is excited to announce the launch of its new Sunday event, the 'Tribe of Tattu Brunch'.

Starting this bank holiday, April 9, and every bank holiday Sunday in May from 12pm to 4pm.

Inspired by the hedonistic spirit of the Med and the rhythmic essence of Tulum, lose yourself in the mesmerising sounds of tribal house and delight in the three-wave brunch menu that features the restaurant's hero dishes, combined with exciting new flavours and ingredients and luxury drinks offerings including the iconic Skull Candy.

From the moment you step inside, the geometric shapes pulsing across the walls will transport you to a world of connection and celebration, where music, entertainment and a free spirit are at the heart of the party.

As a new season blooms into life, Tattu Restaurants awakens with vibrant colour and beauty, celebrating the essence of nature. Enjoy the bright and innovative flavours of the new menu launching in Manchester on March 27.

The menu features elegant dishes such as the delicate Tuna Sashimi Blossom, featuring Nori, sesame, and wasabi mayo or savour the aromatic Red Snapper Tom Yum, infused with lemongrass and kaffir lime. Satay Beef Ribeye served with a papaya and tomato salad is set to be a firm favourite amongst guests. And, not to be missed is the Satay Beef Ribeye, expertly grilled and marinated in a bold and flavorful satay sauce accompanied by fresh papaya and som tum salad, and topped with crunchy peanuts.

Tattu has added a new vegan dish too - the Mongolian Mock Beef, which is bursting with flavours of sesame, soy, and peppers.
