Britain's Got Talent viewers in tears as they think they've spotted winner as others complain 'what's with this?' as they're distracted by detail

Britain's Got Talent fans rushed to praise a heartwarming dance act as the ITV talent show returned for a second helping this weekend. After kicking off the 16th series on Saturday night, BGT was back tonight (Sunday April 16) for a double dose of family fun.

On Twitter @ESsmad3 praised: "What an amazing young man #nathan the dancer is he had me laughing and crying with his wonderful personality and he is a great dancer to his parents must be so proud of him what a true inspiration he is."
