Swansea City press conference Live as Russell Martin reacts to shock Jason Levien and Jake Silverstein interview

It's been an eventful few days for Swansea City, although much of the focus has been on what hasn't happened more than anything else.

Swansea City ended the transfer window without signing a single player, with the only incoming being the recalled Morgan Whittaker. Michael Obafemi was the most high-profile of several departures, and despite despite a number targets emerging on their radar, the Swans couldn't muster up a replacement.

The loan signing of Karlan Grant, which looked almost certain to materialise in the final few hours of deadline day, would certainly have softened the blow. But West Bromwich Albion pulled the plug at the last minute.

Russell Martin will surely be disappointed, and will likely give his reaction to events over the last few weeks this morning. He may also have something to say on the shock interview given by Jason Levien and Jake Silverstein, which was released on Thursday evening.

The Americans sat down with a representative from the Swansea City Supporters Trust to give their thoughts on the window, and whilst acknowledging the disappointment at the lack of incomings, they once again insisted they remained committed to the club, amid fresh discontent among fans.
