Sunday sport: Galway battle Armagh for All-Ireland SFC semi-final spot

Galway take on Armagh with a place in the All-Ireland Senior Football Championship semi-finals up for grabs at Croke Park this afternoon.

After just over half an hour it's tied Galway 0-07 Armagh 0-07, after Galway's Damien Comer opened the game's scoring.

It will be followed by the last quarter-final clash with Mayo coming up against Kerry, with throw-in at 4pm.

Mayo manager James Horan has made one change to his starting 15, with Jordan Flynn in at wing forward in place of Jason Doherty.

Kingdom talisman David Clifford has been named to start after missing their Munster final win over Limerick.

There are four games down for decision in the All-Ireland Intermediate Ladies Football Championship this afternoon.

Two games are already under way, with Clare taking on Longford in Birr while Louth and Roscommon are clashing at Kinnegad.

In half an hour's time, last year's finalists Wexford come up against Tyrone in Ashbourne while Laois face Wicklow at 4pm.

Manchester United insist Cristiano Ronaldo is not for sale after reports linked him with a move to Premier League rivals Chelsea.

There's also been speculation he may be open to going back to Sporting Lisbon - the club where he started his career.

But the Portuguese side's sporting director Hugo Viana told Sky Sports News that is unlikely to happen this summer.

Meanwhile, Scott Twine has become new Burnley boss Vincent Kompany's first signing for the club.

The 22-year-old midfielder joins from MK Dons on a four-year deal with the Championship club.

He was named League One player of the season last term before losing out in the play-off
