Strictly Come Dancing fans share same demand as Bradley Walsh makes unexpected appearance

Fans of Strictly Come Dancing were left sharing a demand as Bradley Walsh made an unexpected appearance on the show. The hit BBC One dance programme was back on screens on Saturday night (October 14) with the 13 remaining couples performing once again for viewers' votes.

It was a spectacular night for a glittering Layton Williams who smashed this year's Strictly record by achieving the highest score of the 2023 series so far. The Bad Education star, 29, wowed judges with his and partner Nikita Kuzmin’s cha cha cha to Million Dollar Bill by Whitney Houston.

Head judge Shirley Ballas said the male couple were “back in the game”, Anton Du Beke called their performance “just brilliant” and Craig Revel Horwood told them “million dollar bill, million dollar dance”.

But it was former Coronation Street star Ellie Leach who kicked off the fourth week with a lively samba to Copacabana by Barry Manilow alongside her partner Vito Coppola. Dressed in a vibrant pink feathered dress, the actress, 22, twirled and dipped her way to a score of 28.

And unfortunately for comedian Eddie Kadi and dance partner Karen Hauer, their high from getting the first 10 of the series last week soon wore off as their latest routine, an American smooth, left some judges disappointed, scoring 24. Shirley said their performance of Sex Bomb by Sir Tom Jones was a "bit of a dance disaster" but she wanted to be constructive with her criticism as she has been impressed by him in the past.
