Southampton: Hasenhuttl has 'told' £25.5m star he can leave St Mary's

Southampton have told Jan Bednarek that they would be ‘willing to accept’ a suitable offer for him this summer, according to talkSPORT reporter Alex Crook.

It could be a hectic window on the south coast as manager Ralph Hasenhuttl looks to revamp his first-team squad following a disappointing end to last season.

Polish outlet Meczyki (via the Daily Echo) claim that Bednarek wanted to leave Southampton over the coming months in order to take the next step in his career.

Crook informed GiveMeSport that he believes there could be mass changes at Southampton, although doesn’t think the club’s hierarchy are forcing anyone ‘out of the door’.

Bednarek, who is valued at £25.5m by CIES, was a regular in Southampton’s starting lineup throughout
