A crash on the M4 at junction 33 is causing heavy traffic on the A4232 northbound carriageway for motorists trying to get onto the M4. The accident is on the roundabout at junction 33 and has shut the southbound side heading into Cardiff, but it's slowing traffic heading northbound, according to eyewitnesses.
