Nick Kyrgios is probably a bad sport. Of this we're sure. Whether it's tennis, gymnastics, rugby or German korfball, spitting at a fan is quite a mad thing to do. Madder still when the Australian saw his entire home country play Fort Knox over the very dangers of communal drool. Swearing at an opponent is equally as churlish. Well, unless you're debating algorithms with Nadine Dorries. But Stefanos Tsitsipas is not Nadine Dorries. He was just playing tennis, found himself on the back end of an insult, and was partly the reason why Kyrgios landed himself a $14,000 fine from the Wimbledon overlords.

But these indiscretions have not taken top billing on this morning's news churn. The wider press, in all of its wisdom, instead focused on a depravity so hellish, so despicable, that it caused one excessively journalist to go Full Metal Karen – all because Kyrgios dared to wear a pair of red Nike Air Jordans with a matching baseball cap.

"We all know the Wimbledon dress code rules are very strict," the terse exchange began at a press conference. "Why then would you walk on to centre court with bright red trainers on and do an interview in a red cap?"
