'So class to see' - Coventry City fans on the transfer news they have been desperate to hear

Coventry City fans have expressed a mixture of joy and relief at the news that Burnley’s pursuit of Callum O’Hare has fallen through.

CoventryLive have today exclusively revealed that any potential deal between the two clubs is now dead after the Championship rivals failed to agree a fee for the player. The Sky Blues are understood to value the 24-year-old playmaker at between £9m-£10m but the Clarets appear unable/unwilling to meet that fee and O’Hare will not be moving to Turf Moor.

The Clarets have been linked with the fans’ favourite for most of the summer but City have stood firm and have refused to back down on their valuation, much to the delight of the Sky Blue Army. Here’s what supporters have been saying about today’s exclusive news from CoventryLive:
