Snoop Dogg's daughter Cori Broadus suffers 'severe stroke' aged 24
Snoop Dogg's daughter Cori Broadus has suffered a severe stroke. The singer posted an update on her health on Instagram with a photo of herself laying on a hospital bed on Thursday (January 18).
Along with the photo, Cori wrote to her 657k followers saying: "I had a severe stroke this am. I started breaking down crying when they told me."
After the original post about her stroke, the 24-year-old made a follow up story on her Instagram account where she wrote: "Like I'm only 24. What did I do in my past to deserve all of this."

Cori is the youngest of three children that rap superstar Snoop Dogg shares with his wife Shante Taylor. A musician herself, Cori performs under the stage name CHOC and she is also the CEO of a woman's cosmetics and fashion brand called Choc Factory.
In September 2021, Cori opened up to lifestyle publication PEOPLE about her battle with lupus. Cori told the magazine how she was diagnosed with the disease when she was six-years-old.
Lupus is a disease that occurs when the body's immune system attacks its own tissues and organs. This can cause inflammation and affect many different body systems like your joints, skin, blood cells, brain, heart and lungs. The disease is known to increase the risk of a stroke.
Cori's father, Snoop Dogg, real name Calvin Cordozar Broadus Jr gained worldwide fame after the success of his debut album Doggystyle in 1993.
