Sky sale sees 'most powerful' Apple iPads slashed to surprisingly affordable prices

Apple has today released some new tablets with a refreshed iPad Air and an all-new iPad Pro hitting shelves in the UK. Now available in two sizes for the first time, the 11-inch iPad Air has been designed to be super portable with the 13-inch model providing an even larger display for work or play.

The iPad Air now comes with a more powerful M2 chip ticked inside its aluminium chassis along with more storage as standard, new colours, better connectivity and a longer battery life, as the Mirror reports. If you're looking to go Pro, there's a significant upgrade to these devices as well. The new 2024 release features a super slim design, a greatly enhanced OLED screen that's brighter and an incredibly fast M4 processor which makes these tablets faster than most PC laptops.

Prices for the Air start from £599 with the upgraded Pro now costing at least £999. One offer that has caught our eye comes from Sky with the firm offering the 11-inch Air with Wi-Fi and Cellular from just £17 per month with no upfront fee and 100MB of data thrown in as well.

This plan is based on a 48-month contract with the total price over 4 years costing £816 - the same tablet
