KEITH JACKSON: Rodgers would be the first man to pay respect to the job Derek McInnes has done by nailing down a Europa League spot for Kilmarnock and the Rugby Park boss has punched harder than anyone else this season. The Celtic manager will content himself with a league title and, very probably,
a Scottish Cup into the bargain.

ANDY NEWPORT:Celtic have made heavier weather of this title race than they should have. Derek McInnes, meanwhile, has performed heroics taking Killie from the Championship and into Europe. He’s still my pick for this year’s top boss.

CRAIG SWAN: Over-achievement is the key measure for the award. It remains impressive, but Rodgers won't overachieve at Celtic by winning the title. Derek McInnes has overachieved at Kilmarnock by getting fourth.

FRASER WILSON: I’d stick with John McGlynn. But Rodgers would be a close second after coming through a turbulent spell where he faced challenges on the park and in the stands to lead Celtic to the brink of another title. His quality and experience has shone through.

KEITH: Pressure? Probably not. But he'll come in for some serious scrutiny nonetheless. It's very difficult to decipher what exactly the Belgian wants his Rangers side to be. If there is no defined style to their play next session - and they continue to play second fiddle to Celtic - then the rest will be inevitable.
