Shane Duffy reveals the Celtic advice he gave Adam Idah and names the 5 key qualities that can help his pal 'smash it'

However, his spell north of the border turned out to be a disaster with the big loan fee and sizeable contribution to his wages not paying off. He failed to earn a permanent stay and returned to his parent club after a nightmare spell.

Now, he has been on hand to offer key advice to his young Republic of Ireland and Norwich City team-mate in order to avoid the same outcome he endured. He gave himself similar advice heading to Celtic but the pressure got to him. But he is certain Idah will prove a success for Rodgers due to FIVE key components in his game as he admitted 'it is down to himself'.
