Seth Rollins: WWE star comments on possible Shield reunion in the future
Seth Rollins has commented on the possibility of seeing The Shield ever getting back together in WWE, and it’s not good news for fans of the trio.
The Shield made their infamous and iconic debut at the 2012 Survivor Series, when Rollins, alongside Roman Reigns and Dean Ambrose, interfered in the nights main event that saw CM Punk, John Cena and Ryback. Their involvement saw Punk keep his WWE Championship in the Triple Threat match for the title.

We needed each other back then and now none of us need the other one,” he continued. “We’re at a point where we’re all standalone stars on a different level. So to have to kind of minimize that to fit into each other’s moulds, I just don’t see it ever happening again. I think it would look a whole lot different than the next time
