Tottenham Hotspur defender Sergio Reguilon took to Twitter to react to Spurs' dramatic victory over Man City on Saturday night.

A last-gasp Harry Kane finish secured all three points for Spurs in a back and forth match at City's Etihad Stadium.

The Spanish left-back missed the game due to Covid-19 and was forced to watch the match from home.

Taking to Twitter to speak about his absence from the team, Reguilon said: "I can not play today due to Covid. Time to support my teammates from home. I will be back soon."

The former Real Madrid star was treated to a great game and after the final whistle the defender tweeted about how good the game was.

"@SpursOfficial OMG!!! What a game," he told his 330,000 followers.

Spurs took the lead inside five minutes when Dejan Kuluseveski opened the scoring with his first goal for the club.

League leaders City pulled level 12 minutes from half-time thanks to Ilkay Gundogan.

Kane scored the first of his brace midway through the second half and it looked to be the winner.

Riyad Mahrez scored a 92nd minute penalty only for Kane to secure all three points for Spurs in the 95th minute.
