Senedd votes on motion of no confidence in Wales' health minister Eluned Morgan - live updates

The Welsh Government's health minister faces a vote of no confidence in the Senedd on Wednesday. Welsh Conservatives have called for a debate over Eluned Morgan's position after Betsi Cadwaladr Health Board was placed into special measures.
