Cardiff City press conference Live: Updates as Sabri Lamouchi previews South Wales derby with Swansea City

The South Wales derby is once again nearly upon us, with Cardiff City boss Sabri Lamouchi set to get his first taste of what is the biggest game in Welsh club football.

Cardiff have a miserable recent record in this fixture, of course, having lost the last three meetings between the two rivals.

In fact, they have only won once in the last eight derby tussles with the Swans, and those in the Welsh capital will be desperate to turn that record around this weekend.

Lamouchi has a couple of injury concerns heading into this game, with Callum O'Dowda recently forced to pull out of the latest Republic of Ireland squad due to a suspected groin injury. Countryman Callum Robinson has also been working his way back from a hamstring issue, and we may well get updates on both players later this morning.

There will also likely be a few words on the latest around the abandonment at Rotherham United, which continues to rumble on in the background.
