Seething Celtic fans accuse board of treating them like FOOLS but Brendan Rodgers doesn't escape stinging Hotline blast

We're into the last week of the January sales but the Celtic support are growing grumpy over their club’s failure to splash the cash. There were boos after a lacklustre win over Ross County on Saturday and the Hoops fans ringing into the Hotline reckon that’s only a small taste of what will be in store if the champions don’t go on a shopping spree before Thursday’s deadline.

Fraser Davison, Glasgow, said: “Do the Celtic board think we’re all daft? Signing up existing players like Cameron Carter-Vickers won’t cover up the cracks. The opposition appear to be tooling up, although God knows where the actual funding is coming from. Meanwhile at Parkhead, the tumbleweed continues to roll down London Road.
