Scottish Cup draw LIVE as Celtic, Rangers plus Aberdeen and Hearts lead Premiership big guns in 4th round hat

The hype for the Scottish Cup is ramping up as the Premiership sides join the race to lift the oldest football trophy in world football.

Holders Celtic saw off Inverness Caledonian Thistle at a sun-kissed Hampden to seal a Treble last June - and Brendan Rodgers will be aiming to book another trip to the national stadium, having already crashed out of the Viaplay Cup.

Rangers haves eyes on lifting the League Cup when they face Aberdeen in Mount Florida next month - but Philippe Clement will hope for a kind draw in the Scottish Cup.

And while the Ibrox side have their eyes set on double as a minimum this term - Barry Robson's Dons will also be targeting a cup double as they start their Scottish Cup journey.

Or will the trophy be destined for the capital this year? Hearts and Hibs enter at the fourth round stage and will have high hopes of making a mark.

But clubs from across the pyramid from Lowland League Broomhill up to the holders at the top of the Premiership will be keen to find out their fate.

Follow all the latest from the draw LIVE as it happens.

And it's at the point of the illustrious tournament that the big guns enter.

The Scottish Premiership teams will get their chance to dine at the Scottish Cup table with holders Celtic looking to cling on to their success of seeing off Inverness last season. Meanwhile Rangers have the Viaplay Cup final in mind with Aberdeen, but would no doubt love to snatch this season's Scottish Cup from the clutches of their rivals too.

All to play for as the draw edges closer.

Lowland League Broomhill FC will be looking to face a giant in the fourth round.

They saw off Cumnock Juniors in a 3-0 win to book their place in the draw.
