When Scotland were pulled out the hat alongside Germany back in December, it all felt like a bit of a dream. Now it's real and the chance to make history and qualify for the knockout stages of a major finals for the first time is just around the corner.

No one can really know how this game will pan out. Will Steve Clarke's side roar back to the kind of form that saw them beat Spain? Are Germany going to be plunged back into crisis just as they were a matter of months ago? Soon the speculation will end and the real business will get under way.

Scotland are again training at their camp in the Bavarian Alps ahead of speaking to the media. The mood is good in the camp and the excitement is building.

Greg Taylor has detailed the mad rush between lifting the Scottish Cup Final with Celtic, to getting married and then joining up with the Scotland squad.

It was a whirlwind period for the full-back but he wouldn't change it so far.

He has a lot to look forward to with the squad in Germany as he and his 25 squad mates bid to create history as the Tartan Army arrive in HUGE numbers. Speaking to UEFA.com, the Hoops left-back revealed all from his busy schedule.

I had my wedding planned for two years so we knew the date. Then when I knew the Euro squad was a possibility I had to have a conversation with the manager who was very understanding.

So we won the Scottish Cup final on a Saturday, headed to Ibiza to get married and then came back the next day after to join up with the Scotland squad. So it's been a pretty hectic but unbelievable summer so far.
