Saliba song: Arsenal fans sing class new chant for defender vs Bournemouth

Arsenal fans chanted their new William Saliba song for about 20 minutes straight during their match against Bournemouth on Saturday evening.

The Gunners took an early 2-0 lead at the Vitality Stadium thanks to a quickfire brace from Martin Odegaard.

The first came after incredible work from Gabriel Jesus. His run led to Gabriel Martinelli’s shot rebounding straight to Odegaard who tapped home.

His second was slightly more impressive as he curled home from inside the box after Jesus’ touch.

It was effectively game over after just 11 minutes.

The travelling Gooners were enjoying their afternoon on the south coast.

And if you were watching on TV, you may well have heard their new chant for defender William Saliba.

To the tune of ‘Tequila’, Arsenal fans have switched Tequila with Saliba.

Simple but oh so effective.

They sang the song for about 10 minutes straight against Bournemouth – and fans were loving it.
