Sainsbury's, Morrisons and Waitrose shoppers told to 'dispose' of product
Shoppers at Sainsbury's and Morrisons are being urged to 'dispose' of a product after food items were recalled from various supermarkets.
The Food Standards Agency (FSA) issues recalls for a variety of reasons, including when products contain allergens that are not disclosed on the packaging or if plastic is detected in the item.
When a product is recalled, for any reason, the FSA shares details on what you should do if you have bought the item, as well as detailed information on why the item has been pulled from sale.

Waitrose is recalling Salted Dairy Butter because it may contain pieces of blue cloth. The possible presence of blue cloth makes the product unsafe to eat, reports the Liverpool Echo.

Point of sale notices will be displayed in all retail stores that are selling this product. These notices explain to customers why the product is being recalled and tell them what to do if they have bought the product.
If you have bought the above product do not eat it. Instead, return the product to your local Waitrose branch for a refund.

Itsu (grocery) is recalling frozen itsu sizzling pork gyoza because it may contain small pieces of plastic. The possible presence of plastic makes this product unsafe to eat.
