Ryan Thomas tells former Coronation Street star 'love you' as he's seen naked discussing next career move

Ryan Thomas has shared his love for his former Coronation Street co-star as he gave a first look at his next career move. It was revealed earlier this month that the former soap star will be taking to the ice when Dancing on Ice returns early next year.

The actor, famed for playing Jason Grimshaw in the ITV soap, was one of the last celebrities announced in the skating competition's 2024 line-up alongside Emmerdale actress Roxy Shahidi, who fans will know as playing Layla Cavanagh.

And Ryan's addition to the ITV show comes as his younger brother Adam is currently competing on BBC One's Strictly Come Dancing. After surprising his brother in the ballroom during movie week, Ryan faced his only challenge this week as his Dancing on Ice journey began.

Taking to Instagram, Ryan shared a picture of himself and his fellow castmates including Roxy, Claire Sweeny, Ricky Hatton and Adele Roberts. "Here we go!!! @dancingonice," he simply captioned the snap which showed each participant pulling a different face for the camera.

And Sally Dynevor, famed for playing Sally Metcalfe in Corrie and competed herself in the show last year, was among the first to respond, writing: "So excited you’re doing this Ryan xx." And Ryan simply replied: "Love you Sally," with a red heart.

Corrie's Maria Windass actress Samia Longchambon, who also starred on the show a number of years ago and met her now-husband Sylvain Longchamcon on the ice, also commented: "Eeek have fun!!!" While former Corrie and Hollyoaks star Chris Fountain who came a runner-up on Dancing on
