It wasn't quite the refreshing new start Manchester United fans had hoped for against Arsenal last weekend but there were plenty of positives to take ahead of Sunday's clash with Fulham.

United looked bright against the Gunners, with new signings Bryan Mbeumo and Matheus Cunha the pick of the bunch. But their problems in front of goal came back to haunt them as United drew a blank in a 1-0 defeat.

United will face Fulham on Sunday as they go in search of their first points of the season. Ruben Amorim will speak to the media today and it will be interesting to hear what he has to say after some contentious calls last weekend.

Andre Onana was not involved in the matchday squad despite being available to play, with back-up goalkeeper Altay Bayindir's mistake in the 13th minute settling the contest. Amorim hit back at suggestions Tom Heaton should be considered ahead of Bayindir, but Onana is expected to return on Sunday.
