Ruben Amorim faced with repairing Man United star who is at 'rock bottom'
Joshua Zirkzee has struggled since moving to Manchester United in the summer. The Dutchman joined United from Bologna for £36.5million after scoring 12 goals in 37 appearances last season.
Zirkzee scored the winner as a second-half substitute on his debut against Fulham, but his form has been dreadful since. In fact, the 23-year-old has failed to find the scoresheet in his last 15 matches.
The Netherlands international was handed a rare start during Ruud van Nistelrooy's first game as interim head coach against Leicester, but he flattered to deceive and has been a substitute in each of their last three games. Now, Zirkzee has an opportunity to kickstart his United career under new boss Ruben Amorim.

According to The Mirror, Zirkzee is 'at rock bottom' and his confidence is 'shattered'. It's added that Amorim is aware of Zirkzee's struggles and has been faced with the task of turning his form on its head.
In the meantime, Amorim faces an awkward wait to work with his United players, with many of his players jetting overseas and work permit issues preventing him from getting out onto the training pitch. The Portuguese head coach must try and address United's lacklustre streak in front of goal on a regular basis, with only Southampton, Crystal Palace and Everton scoring fewer than the 12 goals they have managed in 11 matches.
And getting the best out of Zirkzee would be a big help to increasing those numbers. Ronald Koeman called the confidence-sapped forward up to his Netherlands squad before brutally leaving him out of Saturday's
