RTÉ GAA Podcast: McGinley and Whelan preview Derry-Dublin and an 'intriguing' Division 1 weekend

Enda McGinley and Ciaran Whelan are up early in the morning to preview Dublin v Derry with Mikey Stafford and Rory O'Neill.

The lads also look ahead to Mayo-Roscommon and Tyrone-Kerry, in what promises to be an intriguing weekend in the league nobody (bar Roscommon maybe) really wants to win.

But first to Celtic Park, where Dublin take their 100% record in Division 2. Rory Gallagher's side have looked the best team in the country this spring, so Whelo is hoping a proper challenge for Dublin will spark something in Dessie Farrell's team.

Enda has been as impressed as anyone with Derry's form and fitness, but he highlights how it is based on a very settled first 15 and a pretty thin squad.

The two lads look at some key match-ups in what promises to be a cracking game (live on RTÉ2 and RTÉ Player, from 4.30pm Saturday).

Elsewhere in Division 2, Kildare's trip to Ardee to face Louth looks pivotal, as the LIlywhites seek some form and a style of play against a well-drilled Mickey Harte outfit.

With Mayo and Rosommon at risk of meeting each other up to SIX times this year according to Rory, Enda explores a few 'experiments' that Kevin McStay and Davy Burke might conduct this weekend - Mayo in particular seem keen to avoid a League final against their neighbours, one week before they meet in Championship.

Elsewhere the lads ask if there will be a bounce out of Tyrone as they welcome Kerry's trip to Omagh, while the impressive start to the Vinny Corey era in Monaghan is also examined.
