Rod Stewart vents on Ange and Rodgers as Celtic uberfan’s live radio gripes leave Ally McCoist scratching his head

Rod Stewart joked Brendan Rodgers' imminent return feels like his wife has cheated on him and come crawling back - while the mischievous rockstar quipped he'll be asking Ange Postecoglou for his WINE back after his exit for Tottenham.

The Celtic daft rock sensation was speaking on talkSPORT and revealed he told how he rewarded the former Parkhead boss with a crate of vino every time Celtic beat Rangers under his tutelage. Stewart went on: "I'm a little bit disappointed with Ange. Every time he beat Rangers I sent him a crate of wine, but I'm going to ask for it back now. I was hoping he would stay and lead us into another go at the Champions League.

That's when Ally McCoist interjected. "But Rod, do you not think that would have taken the emphasis off the game
