Robbie Savage claims Chris Sutton predicted Celtic LOSS as mystic pundit asks Brendan Rodgers 'where are we heading?'

Robbie Savage has revealed Chris Sutton predicted Celtic would lose against Kilmarnock.

And while it may have been a shock to some, Derek McInnes' men turned the trick again at Rugby Park after knocking Brendan Rodgers men out of the Viaplay Cup earlier this campaign. Killie followed it up by fighting back from 1-0 to issue a sucker punch to the Scottish Premiership champions, leaving their advantage over Rangers at the smaller gap of five points. And while Record Sport columnist and Hoops hero Sutton made his feeling clear on the Sky broadcast of an 'embarrassing' Celtic display, he turned Mystic Meg before a ball was even kicked.

Rodgers men dropped points for the fourth time this campaign and his 5 Live sparring partner Robbie Savage couldn't resist bringing up the fact the pundit actually predicted McInnes' men would come out on top. Savage told 606: "Credit to you Chris, as Britain's top pundit, by which I mean busiest, as you left the studio yesterday you said to the production team Celtic would today lose! And you were right."

Sutton added: "It was one of the worst performances I've seen from a Celtic team in a number of years. They started the game well Rob but second half they were hopeless. You've played Rob, it's okay losing when you're outplayed.

"They were outrun, outfought, Kilmarnock were hungrier than Celtic. So where are you heading Celtic fans under Brendan Rodgers?
