RL Today: Transfer movements, Mal Meninga to appear at St Helens & Bevan French latest

French, 26, is off-contract with the Challenge Cup winners at the end of the current campaign.

There has been plenty of transfer movements across Super League and Championship this week.

Alex Mellor has made the immediate move from Leeds to Castleford on a two-and-a-half-year deal. Ireland international Oliver Roberts has joined Newcastle Thunder following his release from Huddersfield. Featherstone have added both Jack Broadbent and Jack Ashworth on loan from the Rhinos and Huddersfield respectively.

Meanwhile, Hull FC coach Brett Hodgson confirmed that marquee half-back Josh Reynolds is set to leave the club with immediate effect.
