Resident Evil Re:Verse: What is the Release Date?
Resident Evil Re: Verse, a multiplayer game that was supposed to be out with Resident Evil Village, has gotten an official release date.
Re: Verse will be released later this year, according to the latest release date announced at the Capcom Showcase.
The DLC will introduce the long-awaited story expansion ‘Shadows of Rose,’ Lady Dimitrescu and other playable characters to the Mercenaries mode, and a third-person option to Village’s campaign.
This multiplayer experience has been delayed several times for the team to continue working on delivering a smooth gameplay experience, and it is hoped that it will finally deliver on its promise later this year.
What exactly does that promise entail? Find out below.
On October 28th, the forgotten – and long-awaited – multiplayer spin-off Resident Evil Re:Verse will also launch.
This was supposed to be out at the same time as Ethan Winters’ adventure over a year ago, but it was pushed out of the single-player campaign’s launch schedule — before being completely postponed. It will go into operation around 18 months later than expected. We assume this implies Capcom has had plenty of time to improve the experience, as the beta received mixed reviews.
Players handle characters from all throughout the Resident Evil universe in Re:Verse, a multiplayer deathmatch game. So far, Leon Kennedy and Claire Redfield from Resident Evil 2 Remake, Jack Baker from Resident Evil 7, and famous creatures Tyrant and Nemesis have been mentioned as playable characters.
In the Resident Evil Village Gold Edition, which will be released on October 28 for Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC, Re:Verse will join Shadows of Rose, a new DLC chapter starring Ethan Winters’ daughter
