Real Housewives star shares weight loss following second child after 'feeling low about herself'

Mother-of-two Hanna Kinsella has opened up about her weight loss journey after welcoming her daughter Kimia in May last year. The glam Real Housewives of Cheshire star introduced her adorable baby girl in the 15th series of the ITVBe show, which follows the lives of glamorous women living in Cheshire.

Hanna, 34, had discovered on camera, during the 14th series, that she was expecting her second child with anti-ageing doctor Martin Kinsella. Hanna was heavily pregnant when filming started again on the next series and baby Kimia was born by planned caesarean at Wythenshawe Hospital. The doting mum has now taken to Instagram to address fans asking her to share details of her weight loss, admitting that she was feeling 'quite low about herself' three months on after giving birth.

Hanna says she reached out to one of her friends who she knew was starting a coaching programme. She had a meal plan that she followed for six to eight weeks and 'got in as many steps' as she could because she wasn't back at the gym at this point.

Sharing before and after photos she wrote: "Can't believe I'm
