Rangers vs Celtic LIVE score and goal updates from the SFA Youth Cup Final at Hampden

It's the turn of the youth teams at Hampden tonight as Rangers take on Celtic in the final of the Scottish Youth Cup.

Just three days ago the senior sides did battle in the southside of Glasgow in the semi-final of the Scottish Cup with Ange Postecoglou's Celtic side coming out on top thanks to a Jota goal after he latched onto a Daizen Maeda cross in the first half. Michael Beale admitted after the game his squad will need a massive rebuild in the summer due a number of players leaving. He will be looking in the market but may find a couple of bargains nearer to home so it's expected he will be keeping a close eye on Hampden tonight.

The Ibrox side will be looking to get one over on their city rivals and retain the trophy after triumphing against Hearts in the final last season at the national stadium. Celtic eased into the final after thumping St Johnstone 5-0 at McDiarmid Park, while Rangers defeated Hamilton Accies 3-0 in the semi-final at Ibrox.

Unfortunately for supporters of both team there won't be any fans in the stadium for the game with players given a handful of tickets each for friends and family to attend.

Stay with Record Sport as we bring you the latest from Hampden in this clash between Glasgow's big two.

Sean Murdoch will take charge of the match tonight. He will be assisted by Alastair Taylor and Scott Leslie.

The fourth official will be Mark Harris.

The showpiece of the youth calender is set to take place at Hampden tonight and will kick-off at 7pm.

Both sets of playes will get to show off their skills live on television with the game set to be broadcast on the BBC Scotland channel. The coverage gets underway at 6.50pm.
