Rangers transfer news latest as Diomande summons 'serious money' and Salah-Eddine clue emerges

Rangers are showing a serious mark of intent by spending north of £4m on Mohamed Diomande, according to one pundit.

The midfielder's move from FC Nordsjalland is poised to be completed, with around £4.5m believed to be enough to seal the deal. Davis has been rehabbing from a knee injury in 2022 but was named interim manager after Michael Beale's sacking last year. And announcing the news to the squad on RTV, Clement said: "He's made the decision to stop playing. It's never an easy decision and you guys are lucky you guys can still do it.

"The door is always open here and we would love to have him in the building. That is a decision he can make. We want to let him go in a really good way and thank him for all the amazing things he did for this club."
