Rangers takeover has Ibrox legions salivating on the Hotline but shrugging Celtic punters put their gas at a peep

Excitement is brewing at Ibrox as Rangers’ American revolution gathers pace with the announcement of Kevin Thelwell as their new sporting director.

Over at Celtic Park, however, well the green half of Glasgow don’t seem all that bothered.
