Rangers face the ULTIMATE bit of karma as Celtic rev up to dole out Scottish football justice - Hotline

Scottish Cup Final day is almost upon us - an occasion for blazing sunshine, scorching football and a fiery Hotline. At least we know one of those three things is always true.

Celtic and Rangers go head-to-head in the first Old Firm final for 22 years and the phone was ringing off the hook for punters wanting their say. Eddie Easson, Ballingry, kicked us off with a balanced view. Of sorts. He said: “A cup final is a cup final. Both teams have worked hard to be there. So far Brendan Rodgers is the king and Philippe Clement is the jester. On paper Clement has little to pick from but Rodgers has a fully fit squad. But never write Rangers off - Rodgers won’t.”

Dr Robert Pender emailed: “I listened to both captains’ pre-cup final interviews. The difference was personality. Callum McGregor is bright and energetic. James Tavernier is dull, lacks energy and has a personality like a wet tissue.
