Raging Rangers detectives launch Hotline investigation and claim evidence Aberdeen are at it against Celtic

Celtic's six-goal drubbing of Aberdeen brought a scathing Hotline assessment of the Dons with some callers suggesting something more sinister is at play.

The dire display from Barry Robson's side had a few fans believing the Reds routinely lie down against the Hoops. Alfie Mullin, London, said: "I wonder if Aberdeen rent beds at Celtic Park, or are they gifted by the home team? You can't help wondering, every time Aberdeen play Celtic, they always lie down. It seems like they obviously need the beds. I reckon that Celtic always want Aberdeen to finish in the top six of the Premiership. That way they have a guaranteed three points in the run-in to the league, to add to the other nine Aberdeen have gifted them."

Scott Gowers, Edinburgh, said: "Aberdeen as-per-usual lay down to Celtic, directly passing to them or deliberately giving fouls away. I personally want to know why VAR are acting against the rules and regulations of the game and why Aberdeen lie down to Celtic. Nobody on this earth can honestly say that the Aberdeen players tried as there was no pace, passion and quite simply no desire to beat Celtic."
