Gibson has received some good news on the injury front this week after Iain Wilson and Gavin Reilly returned at Montrose.
Forward Michael Ruth is also progressing as is club captain Josh Todd.
He said: “Iain Wilson and Gavin Reilly were positives to take from Saturday.
“It was only 30 and 20 minutes for them but it’s a step up towards them returning to the starting XI and to get them back was a bonus.
