Princess of Wales Kate Middleton leaves hospital after surgery
The Princess of Wales Kate Middleton has left the hospital and is now recovering at home following abdominal surgery. Kate is now back in Windsor after undergoing a planned operation at the London Clinic on January 16, according to Kensington Palace.
The 42-year-old isn't expected to return to her Royal duties until after Easter and Willian, the Prince of Wales, has temporarily stepped back from his royal role to juggle caring for her and their children.
A spokesperson from Kensington Palace stated: "The Princess of Wales has returned home to Windsor to continue her recovery from surgery. She is making good progress."

They also shared gratitude from the princess and prince towards their medical team, saying, "The Prince and Princess wish to say a huge thank you to the entire team at The London Clinic, especially the dedicated nursing staff, for the care they have provided."
