Premier League fixture release day LIVE Manchester United and Man City discover 2023/24 season dates

The 2022/23 season only concluded five days ago but the Premier League fixtures for the forthcoming campaign will be released on Thursday.

Many Manchester City stars are probably still nursing hangovers after wild celebrations following their Champions League triumph over Inter on Saturday, bringing an eventful season to a close in emphatic fashion by winning the treble.

Manchester United's season ended on a sour note on June 3 after they slipped to a 2-1 defeat to their neighbours in the FA Cup final but that doesn't detract from the progress made in Erik ten Hag's first season.

The Premier League itself finished on May 28 with City already crowned champions as Leicester City and Leeds United joined Southampton in relegation on the final day. Burnley, Sheffield United and play-off winners Luton Town are the newcomers who will be eagerly awaiting their top-flight fixtures.
