Police want to speak to these people after violent disorder unfolds outside Manchester hotel
Police have released photos of a number of people they want to speak after violent disorder broke out outside a Manchester hotel.
The chaotic scenes unfolded outside the Holiday Inn on Oldham Road in Newton Heath on Wednesday night (July 31). A protest started outside the hotel, with demonstrators heard chanting 'we want our country back' and 'shame on you'.
The disorder then spilled out onto the main road, with riot police called in. The force said around 70 to 100 people were involved.

Objects were thrown at officers, though none of them were left injured. A bus driver was also attacked during the incident after he stepped out of his cab when demonstrators caused damage to his bus.
Another man, who 'was hit by a projectile', was also left hurt. Local Newton Heath councillor John Flanagan slammed those involved in the 'sickening' incident as 'mindless idiots'.
GMP today (August 2) released pictures of a number of males and females they now want to speak to about the disorder. They believe 'they could help investigators with their enquiries'.
Anyone who recognises them, or who has any information, should contact the force via 101 or by using the LiveChat function at gmp.police.uk. You can also report information to Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111.
One man has been charged in connection with the disorder on Wednesday. Joshua Stokes, of Ten Acres Lane, Manchester, has been charged with violent disorder and attempted ABH of a police officer.
The 25-year-old has been remanded into custody. He was due to appear at Manchester and Salford Magistrates' Court today.
