Police make arrest after driver ploughs into man moments after hitting his car
Officers have made an arrest after a driver ploughed into a man - moments after hitting his car. CCTV footage captured the shocking ordeal on Milkstone Road, in Rochdale, yesterday afternoon (February 20).
The video, which was widely circulated on social media, appeared to show a dark-coloured Honda Civic hit the back of a white Toyota Prius that had stopped in the road. After a man leaves the Toyota to confront the other motorist, the Honda driver is then seen reversing the car, before driving into the man.
The footage showed the man flying over the bonnet before falling into the middle of the road. Greater Manchester Police confirmed yesterday that it was searching for the suspect.
