Two men in hospital and one under arrest after collision during police chase

Two men were taken to hospital - with one under arrest - after a car being pursued by police hit a member of the public's vehicle in Rochdale.

Police said the driver of the car being followed, and a passenger inside, were both taken to hospital after the collision. Greater Manchester Police said their conditions were 'not thought to be life-threatening or life-changing'.

The force said a 31-year-old man was arrested. He was held on suspicion of causing serious injury by dangerous driving, failing to stop and possessing drugs.
