'Phenomenal' - What has been said about Hannibal Mejbri as Manchester United make transfer decision

The promising youngster has been strongly linked with a move away from Old Trafford with Borussia Dortmund said to be interested. However, Hannibal has impressed after being given a chance in pre-season by Erik ten Hag and he won't be sold permanently.
Hannibal shone on loan at Birmingham City last season and made 41 appearances and United are reluctant to see him take a step backwards with a vast reduction of minutes if he stays at Old Trafford. As a result, a loan move is likely before the window closes.
However, with Kobbie Mainoo injured and the futures of Scott McTominay, Fred and Donny van de Beek futures uncertain, there may still be room for a combative midfielder in the squad which Hannibal could fulfil.
