Peter Kay pictured in public for first time in months during mammoth tour ahead of Manchester return
Peter Kay appeared to be gearing up for his next show. He was spotted in public for the first time in months, and he focused on his work on stage during his mammoth stand-up tour.
The comedian has been nothing short of busy since the end of 2022 having kicked off his first live tour since 12 years. His first comeback gig was at Manchester's AO Arena with the first run of his Better Late Than Never tour in December 2022.
Peter, from Bolton, has since been stuck into his record-breaking run of gigs across the UK and he is the first artist in the world to perform a monthly residency at London's O2, performing 45 shows - the most played by any artist in the venue’s history.
The 51-year-old has now delighted fans as he was spotted heading back to his tour bus at the O2 Arena in South London following a rehearsal session. Dressed casually, in a cosy fleece and blue denim jeans, the star appeared in great spirits as he gets a break from performing.
He'll next be back on stage next Friday, February 7, at Manchester's AO Arena, his third date of the year so far in his home city. This will then be followed by the fourth on Saturday, February 8.
It comes after new 2025 and 2026 shows were announced back in December and include his first dates at Aberdeen P&J Live, Brighton Centre, Bournemouth International Centre and Isle of Man Villa Marina.
It came off the back of him completing his 100th show at the AO Arena, breaking all attendance and performance records. As already mentioned, Peter is the first artist in the world to perform a monthly residency at The O2, London, performing 45 shows, the most played by any artist in the venue’s history and Peter's new dates include two new weekend shows at The O2 in 2025 further adding to
